What is MIMO Internet Solutions?

MIMO Internet Solutions is a web design company specialising in creating web sites for small businesses. Formed in 1998 by two students from Southampton University, MIMO Internet Solutions has already created a number of web sites which have been well received by our clients and web surfers alike. Originally based in Southampton, MIMO Internet Solutions is now based in Exmouth.

Unlike many web design companies we ALWAYS take steps to minimise the loading time of web pages we create - sites that take a long time to load tend to drive away visitors - and visitors are potential customers!

1. We take care not to go overboard with graphics during the design phase
2. We use Style Sheets or JavaScripts wherever possible to make pages look good without needing lots of large graphics
3. We OPTIMISE ALL OUR GRAPHICS using special software which reduces the download time of graphics on our sites. For example, we reduced the total file size of the graphics on our site by 40Kb - thats almost a 30% reduction in the download time!
